Carol Campbell Community Apartments
Located at 55th & Vine in West Philadelphia, these units house many of Liberty Resources, Inc.'s Consumers. Each unit is accessible, there is a yard and patio for outdoor socializing, and the ground floor features a Community Room for people to gather.
Liberty Community Integration Program (LCIP)
Located at 7600 E. Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia and funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and the Philadelphia Office of Housing & Community Development, LCIP owns 5 individual one bedroom accessible apartments out of 104 condominium units at this location. The 5 units are on different floors throughout the building. Opened in April of 2009 and situated within a few blocks of The Roosevelt Mall, supermarkets, and department stores, LCIP makes for convenient living. And with a SEPTA Bus stop directly in front of the building, many other amenities are just a ride away.
Liberty Community Integration Program II (LCIPII)
At the corner of Broad Street and Washington Avenue—South Philadelphia’s main arteries—LCIP II owns 11 individual one bedroom accessible apartments out of 297 condominium units at this location. Opened in June 2009 and funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and the Philadelphia Office of Housing & Community Development, the 11 units are located on the second floor and are served by 2 elevators. The location provides plenty of shopping opportunities, eateries, and several SEPTA bus stops to choose from.
Welsh Road LHDC
Located at 2628 Welsh Road in Philadelphia, these 2 out of over 90 units received funds from Philadelphia Office of Housing & Community Development to add accessible features. They are located throughout the building and are served by an elevator. Located on Welsh Road near Roosevelt Boulevard, shopping, public transportation stops, and entertainment opportunities abound.

Stephen F. Gold Residences (Liberty 52)--coming soon!
LHDC will be building 24 units on vacant property received through City Hall, with the assistance of Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell (District 3). The PA Housing Finance Agency is funding this apartment complex using a low-income housing tax credit. It will be located in West Philadelphia on 52nd and Poplar Streets, and will open sometime in 2019. They will be available for people with physical disabilities and people with Autism.
