Partners in the Community
Liberty Housing Development Corporation partners with existing landlords to create accessible housing options within their buildings. LHDCorp works to fund the modifications, guide the landlord through accessible design, and helps obtain rental subsidies to make the housing options affordable for our consumers.
LHDCorp's main goal is to provide housing options for consumers under 60 years old currently trapped in nursing homes.

- Columbus Property Management has partnered with us for 11 accessible apartments in Northeast Philadelphia and they offer us accessible units when they are available.
- Liss Property Group partnered with us for 6 accessible units in Northeast Philadelphia.
- Cornerstone Property Management has partnered with us for 3 accessible one bedroom units in Germantown.
- Guy Lauren has partnered with us for a large two bedroom accessible unit in the Grey’s Ferry section of Philadelphia.
- Interstate Realty Management has partnered with us for 8 accessible studio units in North Philadelphia.
- Friends Rehabilitation has partnered with for an accessible apartment in North Philadelphia & they offer us accessible units when they are available.
- TJ Properties offers us their accessible units in West Philadelphia.
- Ingerman Group offers us accessible units when they become available.
